I’m getting ready to get rid of some of my backlog of computers. I was looking for a simple program to wipe the disks clean, so that none of my super secret data 
would make its way out into the world. I ran across Darik’s Boot and Nuke, which has a cd or floppy version and wipes the hard drives clean.

Microsoft released SP4 for SQL 2000 today. I’ll have to throw it on the test box and check it out.
When using sysprep, the admin password does not get reset when mini-setup runs. Mike found a Microsoft article that has a workaround.

Upgraded the site to Wordpress 2.0. It seems pretty stable. The write post page seems to get hung up every once in awhile. I will have to look into that.
“Why does it matter, you haven’t posted in forever”, you ask. Well, I’m finally getting to the point that I have time to post. I would like to stay focused on technology, which was the original intent of this site. Which technology is the question, I get stuck doing just about everything under the sun anymore. I would like to write some articles on Monad, as I consider this to be the biggest advance in windows system administration in a long time. We will see where it goes.
